The Power of Now
by Eckhard Tolle
The book presents itself as a discussion about how people interact with themselves and others.
The concept of self reflection and presence in the moment are presented along with simple exercises for the achievement of its principles.
The book got a lower rating not because it's bad, but because I don't think it was the right time for me to read it as I had only begun to experiment with meditation and "the power of now" when I got hit with concepts that I could hardly understand.
Will definitelly read again later in my life and I am positive my evaluation of the book will change.
“Realize deeply that the present moment is all you have. Make the NOW the primary focus of your life.”
― Eckhart Tolle
